Get your beach body now with Lagree Fitness!

Machines are 6-11 feet apart to accommodate all comfort levels.


- Please stay home if you have a fever, cough, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat, or loss of taste or smell.

- Please sign up in advance for classes - at least 1 hour.

- Masks must be worn when entering and exiting the studio, and may be removed once on your machine.

- Grip socks with covered toes must be worn.

- Please wait outside if another class is finishing up.  Allow the class to exit prior to entering studio.

- Please bring your own water & towel.

- Temperatures will be taken upon entering the studio with a contactless digital thermometer.  It must be under 100°.

- One-way traffic.  You will see the arrows on the floor.  Enter and walk toward the windows to go to the back.  Walk down the aisle to return to the front door.

- Sanitizing wipes, sprays, and foam dispensers are stationed throughout the studio.  Sanitize your hands before and after class.  Please wipe down machines thoroughly after use.

- Instructors will be sanitizing machines and touch points between classes.

- At the end of class, please leave all footbars in the upright position & place bungees and red handles on top for more walkway clearance.

arrive 10 minutes early

Please arrive 10 minutes early for your first class so the instructor can go over the equipment and rules for you.

Your spot will be held for the first 5 minutes of class, then may be given to a stand-by client.

If you're on the waitlist, you'll be notified in advance.  You're always welcome to show up in case there's a no-show.

"Unlimited" clients will be charged $20 for a no-show, or $15 if you cancel within 12 hours.  So save $5 by taking a minute to cancel online.

Class Pack clients will not be charged a late/cancellation fee, but will lose the one class from their package.

Bring grip socks (required for safety and sanitary reasons).  We also have some you can purchase at the studio.

You may want to bring workout gloves to help you grib the handle bars better...but most people don't need them.

1. Most importantly, bring a positive attitude.  Leave all your worries behind.  The class is for you.  You need to be present minded when working out to maximize the benefits of the class. 

2. Bring a towel as you will most likely sweat! 

3. Bring water.  Hydration is key! 

4. Wear comfortable clothes that allow your muscles to stretch and your skin to "breathe". 

5. Grip socks with covered toes for safety & sanitary purposes (if you don't have any, you can purchase a pair at the studio). 

6. Jewelry is NOT a good idea.  Your necklace may catch into the springs system (a nightmare to undo) and you may forget it or lose it.  

7 . No cell phones during classes (please be respectful of others). 

8. No strong perfumes as some students are allergic. 

9 . You'll need a hair tie if you have long hair.

10. Bring a friend!  Sign up a friend and workout together.  :)
